tgim. get it. what a crazy week with lots of drama and laughter and craziness (no tears on my part, menos mal) and i'm just happy it's almost general conference and this week is zone conference. i need it.
best quote of my life courtesy of the most macho person you will ever meet--luis. he's an inactive member and his "wife" (not actually married...part of the drama this week) and son are out investigators. talking very seriously, "i am the most humble person there is." then within the same breath "not to offend you but i would say God loves us more than he loves you two."
We also had a contact lecture us about not taking our mothers lasts names as well as dad (in latin culture, for those who don't know, you have 2 last names...first your dad's then your mom's).. i said, "why would i want my mom's last name if when i get married i'm not even keeping my dad's last name.." ha, that sure set him off.
