oh what a day...

oh what a day is today, nothing can stand in my way...(name that song)
we had a great week. we worked our little tails off and sacamos la mugre (we took out the trash). it was great but i am exhausted. we called to get our washer fixed. it was kind of embarrassing cause basically the guy had to come out just to tell us that we have to wash our clothing with cold water only because we have no warm water faucet into our washer. it was actually really funny cause the washer knobs are all in english and he turned the water temperature and started explaining and said, "´'warm' means tibio so you always have to keep in on cold cold cause that means frio". ha.
oh ya so yesterday was my first day at church in our ward since we had stake conference last week. i saw this couple walking in holding hands and i thought "that guy looks like our ward mission leader but that does not look like his wife" so i asked my comp who he was. she said, "that is our ward mission leader". i said, "that does not look like the same woman i met when we ate lunch there". she said, "it's not, it's her older sister." um, awkward. is that normal?
christmas is going to be fabulous. our stake is very priviledged. at the temple in santiago they have this nativity scene event like at temple square with all the nativities from different countries. and this is it is going to be in our stake center for 4 days before christmas..14th-18th. i'm stoked to bring all our investigators and show them how we do things in jesus' church. plus we have got some serious christmasness going on in our house. we cut out lots of paper snowflakes and hung them from the ceiling, we have a christmas tree with halloween candy as the skirt and i made a paper nativity scene.
welp, i hope you all have a lovely week. sorry this email is kind of lame. i still have some peeps to write back. but just know i love you all mucho mucho. like infinitely. like the only person that loves you all more than me is jesus. and heavenly father. okay. chao.
