i could not make this stuff up...

fyi, this is not going to be very spiritual.
first of all, brooke and steph, you look HOT!
this week was relatively normal. with the exception of saturday when we decided to visit angelina, an inactive member that was baptized about 2 years ago. she is an alcoholic. anyway, we called at the gate and she opened the front door and just stood there staring at us all creepily... we asked if we could share a message and she said, "now is not a good time".
i said, "okay, we'll come back another day." and was ready to run.
the cat lady said, "well, is there anything we can help you with?"
so she staggerd to the gate and gave us hugs. bluh. right away i smelled the alcohol on her breath.
she said, "i just need you guys today. i have so many problems with my husband," and started crying.
compi said, "well then let us in and we'll share a message to make you feel better."
long story short she opened the gate, almost hitting me with it, and almost fell on her face as we walked into the house. we sat down and started asking her how she was doing, etc.. and she just sat there staring at us with this horrid blank stare. her eyes rolled into the back of her head and she slouched down in her chair and passed out. the cat lady started freaking out and said, "what do we do? there is no one here!" i didn't know if i should slap her face or something to try and wake her up. in all honesty i didn't want to cause i was afraid she might attack me (the last time we came and she was drunk she had just broken a window). so i went and looked in the bedroom and saw her husband and told him what happened. he came out and carried her into the bedroom.
then i taught my comp how to recognize when someone is drunk before entering into the house.
that was all the excitment from last week. i think this week will be a little more spiritual. we're going to have zone conference in the temple, woot woot!
i love you all infinitely. i'm excited to see you in a MONTH! ahhhhhhhhh.
