i suppose i should update

it's that time of year again.  i spent last week riding my bike 425 miles.  it was a really nice break after 12 hours in the car to get to Cour D'Alenes.

two weeks before that i spent 3 days backpacking in the tetons with this cute boy and his family...

and in three weeks it will be a bittersweet goodbye to utah as i head to mexico to start my mtc adventure.
