a watermelon in the bathroom

so remember how pres. castillo was really good at putting pressure on me to be a good missionary? well bienvenidos a mi vida of pressure. this week we had our zone conference, and elder corbride of the quorum of the seventy gave the lesson. and afterward pres king chose my companion and i to have interviews with him, along with 6 other missionaries. no pressure, right? no, acutally it was really good and not intimidating at all. he have me some good scriptures to study and it was exactly what i needed. then that night we had a family home evening the araya family and pres. and hna king came. so ya, no pressure in teaching a good lesson--you mission president is just sitting right next to you. but it went really well AND hna king brought real homemade choc. chip cookies with brown sugar from the states. i love her. on saturday we had lunch with this couple in our ward that i LOVE. seriously, they remind me of meghan and josh perkins. i laugh so hard when i am with them. i went to the bathroom and there was a watermelon in the sink so i couldn´t wash my hands. so when i finished going to the bathroom i opened the door and said, discuple hno catalan, pero hay una sandia en el bano. we found taco bell today. i was so happy cause i haven´t had tacos in so long. turns out taco bell is about as good here as it is in the states, but it was nice to eat something besides chicken and potatos for a day. not too much exciting. just working hard preparing for two baptism in the next couple weeks, trying to find new people to teach, and trying to help franco with his drug dealing issues. i love you all and miss you! have a great week.
