last semester at an FHE activity my friend kira came running up to me and said, "kelli jean! kelli jean! i found paulie bleeker!" wait, wha?!? i turned around and there he was. a boy in another ward. the spitting image of paulie bleeker. "i want to date him" i said, but never saw him again.
fast foward to monday.we had our stake talent show. it was over three hours long. as in LONGER than lord of the rings. as in longer than church. and my group was at the very end. i was losing interest until none other than "paulie bleeker" walked on stage. he proceeded to read a creative non-fiction essay he wrote about how much he loves peanut butter m&m's. totally nerdy, completely dorky, mildly awkward. the only thing he was missing was gold short-shorts. i loved every second of it.
besides finding my future husband i've also been swamped with school work, juries, a new job, and waking up every hour due to extremely loud thunder crashing aka sleep deprivation... so today, i present you with the song we performed at the stake talent show. stolen from cheri. since she recorded it without me knowing. come to find out, he's a creative writing major. how convenient. my roommate is a creative writing major. so hopefully kitty can work her magic and set me up on a date with my future soul mate.

We dated for a year before he left.. and I think that was long enough. Ha ha. So, no. But he's coming up tonight for a visit! SO NERVOUS!
