this day, the 30th of august, is dedicated to the birth of 1/3 of the desperado hearts--only the biggest, best hearts in the history of mankind--none other than katie sue clark...today, katie turns 20...no longer a teenager, not yet an adult...anyway, it is usually the case that if you know me, you know katie, so i will not give you her life story (fascinating as it may be) but i will give you a few of my favorite katie sue poo quotes:

let me apologize ahead of time for my music...sometimes it is loud, usually it is not, you may or may not like what i listen to, but i have my own room so i don't feel that bad...
i'm sorry for my weird quirks...
i burp a lot--and really loud (though i probably won't do it in front of you for a couple weeks)...
please don't feel bad if you don't make a meat-less meal, i promise i'm not offended and i won't go hungry...
